Details
Collaborated with a client aiming to streamline call center operations to develop an AI voice dialogue engine. Built a system that achieves human-level response speed and natural conversation. Implemented natural language understanding using LLM, real-time Speech-to-Text/Text-to-Speech conversion, and emotion recognition for appropriate response tone adjustment. Low-latency WebSocket communication provides a stress-free dialogue experience. Developed multi-language support (Japanese, English, Chinese), existing CTI system integration, and call log analysis dashboard. Contributing to reduced customer support costs and improved customer satisfaction for adopting companies.
