Real-time meeting transcription with AI summary and minutes generation
Details
Collaborated with a productivity tools company to develop an AI transcription and automatic minutes generation service. Built a SaaS product aimed at improving meeting productivity. Implemented high-accuracy speech recognition using Whisper API, speaker identification, and real-time transcription display. OpenAI API summary generation and automatic action item extraction significantly reduce post-meeting administrative work. Developed Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Meet integration, past minutes search, and team sharing with comments. Multi-language support (Japanese, English, Chinese, etc.) enables use by global enterprises.
