Details
Developed a system to streamline staffing and management operations for a construction industry staffing company. Systemized Excel-based management to centralize worker skills, qualifications, and availability. Implemented worker skill matrix management, qualification expiration alerts, and matching of required personnel with available workers per site. High-speed search using Elasticsearch enables quick optimal personnel placement. During ongoing maintenance, we added attendance data analysis reports and an information sharing portal with partner companies. This significantly improved operational efficiency.
