Internal scheduler for efficient multi-person schedule coordination

Details

Developed an AI-powered schedule coordination tool to streamline internal meeting scheduling. Built a system that automatically extracts available times for multiple people and proposes optimal dates. Implemented automatic schedule retrieval via Google Calendar/Microsoft Outlook integration, AI date proposals considering participant priority, and meeting room availability coordination. Natural language scheduling requests using OpenAI API are also supported. Developed Slack/Teams integration for reminders and automatic recurring meeting scheduling. Successfully achieved significant reduction in meeting coordination workload for adopting companies.
