Details
Developed a full-scratch reservation and booking management system to improve operational efficiency for travel agencies. Built a platform that centralizes complex itinerary management, supplier coordination, and customer information. Implemented real-time reservation management, automatic availability retrieval, and SMS reminders for customers. Stripe payment integration enables online pre-payment. Multi-language support (Japanese, English, Chinese) was implemented to handle inbound tourism demand. We continue to provide improvement proposals and additional feature development during ongoing maintenance.
