Labor management system for multi-tier subcontractor construction sites
Details
Collaborated with a construction company to develop a site labor management system that handles multi-tier subcontracting. Digitized complex personnel management between general contractors and subcontractors, significantly improving operational efficiency. Implemented worker management by subcontractor, automatic daily/monthly report aggregation, automatic safety document generation, and entry/exit management. A React Native mobile app enables real-time reporting from the field. Additional features include man-hour/cost management, Green File output, and cross-site reporting. Design considerations for construction-specific regulations (Construction Business Act, Industrial Safety and Health Act) contribute to compliance strengthening.
