No-code system for creating AI chatbots with drag-and-drop

Details

Collaborated with a SaaS provider to develop a no-code platform enabling non-engineers to create AI chatbots. Handled everything from planning and design to development and operation. Implemented a drag-and-drop editor for visually designing conversation flows, automatic FAQ generation, and iframe embedding for websites. Natural language understanding using OpenAI API enables flexible dialogue scenarios. Developed LINE/Slack/Microsoft Teams integration, analytics dashboard, and A/B testing features. During ongoing maintenance, we continue adding new integrations and expanding admin features.
