Business system for automatic business plan generation
Details
Collaborated with a startup support company to develop a simulator that automatically generates financial plans for SaaS businesses. Built a tool for interactively creating detailed 6-year business plans. Implemented automatic calculation of SaaS-specific KPIs such as ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC, and Churn Rate, simulation features for comparing multiple growth scenarios, and budget vs. actual management dashboard. Bidirectional Google Sheets API integration enables workflow integration with existing spreadsheets. Additional features include automatic investor presentation generation and team plan sharing with comments. We continue to implement feature improvements based on user feedback during ongoing maintenance.
