Details
Developed an AI-powered virtual customer service system for e-commerce operators. Implemented chatbot functionality that analyzes visitor behavior history and viewed products to recommend optimal products in real-time. Developed natural language processing dialogue capabilities, user preference learning algorithms, and product database integration. iframe embedding format enables easy integration into existing e-commerce sites. Post-deployment A/B testing support and recommendation logic tuning were also provided. Contributing to improved conversion rates through continuous improvement cycles.
