We conducted detailed interviews about the client's existing workflow and developed a full-scratch system to handle industry-specific complex shift patterns and labor regulations. We handled everything from requirements definition to design, development, and operation. Implemented GPS-based smartphone time tracking, multi-location shift management, and CSV integration with payroll software. Labor compliance is strengthened through 36 Agreement limit management and alert notifications. The mobile app supports both iOS/Android using React Native, with offline time tracking data synchronization. Scalable infrastructure design using AWS allows flexible expansion as more companies adopt the system.
