Responsibilities
- UI/UX design for web/mobile apps
- Creating wireframes and prototypes
- Building and operating design systems
- User research and usability testing
- Collaboration with engineers and design specification creation
RequiredMUST
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Practical experience with Figma
- UI design experience for web/apps
- Experience collaborating with engineers
PreferredNICE
- Practical user research experience
- Experience building design systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Understanding of accessibility
- Experience with motion design

Location
Saitama HQ (Remote available)
Hours
Flextime (Core: 10:00–15:00)
Holidays
Weekends, National holidays, Year-end, Summer vacation
Paid Leave
10 days after 6 months (up to 20 days)
