RequiredMUST
- 3+ years of PM experience in system development projects
- Experience with requirements definition and basic design
- Client negotiation and proposal experience
- Experience managing teams of 5+ members
PreferredNICE
- Experience with Agile development (Scrum, etc.)
- Development experience as an engineer
- Experience managing large projects (10+ members)
- Experience planning and developing SaaS/web services
- Certifications like PMP/IPA Project Manager

Saitama HQ (Remote available)
Hours
Flextime (Core: 10:00–15:00)

Weekends, National holidays, Year-end, Summer vacation
