Responsibilities
- End-to-end development from frontend to backend
- System architecture design and proposal
- Technology selection and technical decision-making
- Technical support for team members
- Overall project quality management
RequiredMUST
- 2+ years of frontend development experience
- 2+ years of backend development experience
- Experience with database design and operation
- Team development experience using Git/GitHub
PreferredNICE
- Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with DevOps/CI/CD setup
- Experience with architecture design
- Experience with tech lead/mentoring
- Development experience at startups

Saitama HQ (Remote available)
Hours
Flextime (Core: 10:00–15:00)
Holidays
Weekends, National holidays, Year-end, Summer vacation
Paid Leave
10 days after 6 months (up to 20 days)
